FREE & REDUCED PRICE SCHOOL MEALS AVAILABLE Students Receiving Reduced Lunch Now Eligible for Free Breakfast The Harnett County Schools Child Nutrition Program provides free and reduced-price meals for eligible students. Children from families whose income falls below federal eligibility guidelines are approved for free or reduced priced meals. You will only need to fill out one application for your household. Please list all children that attend Harnett County Schools on the application under the "Student Information" section.
