Joining the Lillington-Shawtown Elementary School staff is my honor.  This will be my fifth year of working as an Assistant Principal, and I look forward to teaming with Ms. Clinton to lead our teachers and students toward acedemic success.

I have taught children in first through fifth grades and treasure every moment spent in the classroom. I have high expectations for students to become math problem solvers, technological experts, and excellent communicators.  With the help or our committed teachers and with parental involvement and encouragement, I believe our Lillington-Shawtown students can and will succeed.

This WILL be a terrific year for all stakeholders as we meet the needs of the precious "young ones" entrusted to our care.
