OMS Guidance Mission Statement

School Counselors will use leadership, advocacy, and collaboration to help establish an environment that is respectful toward a diverse student population.  We will implement a comprehensive school counseling program that will facilitate learning for all students.  Our programs will be planned for the academic, career, and personal/social development of all students.  We are committed to working with students, staff, parents, parents and other stakeholders to insure that OMS students will be prepared to successfully continue their educational endeavors in the 21st century.
