Students may enter the building @ 8:00
Tardy bell @ 8:30
Dismissal @ 3:15

All students are expected to wear proper clothing at all times at Overhills Elementary.  We need your help assuring students are properly dressed as they come to school.  Please check your child's attire daily so he/she will be in compliance with the following dress code.    

0. A suitable type of footwear is to be worn at all times.  No flip flops are allowed.
0. No Black bottom shoes in the gym.
0. Keep shirts buttoned properly.
0. No cut off jeans are allowed.
0. No hats, bandanas, etc. in the school building during school hours.
0. Shorts should be fingertip length as a child stands with his/her hands at his/her sides.
0. Tank, spaghetti strap and open back tops are not allowed at school.
0. Sagging waistlines or exposing midriffs will not be allowed.
0. Clothing that advertises inappropriate products for this age level or depicts inappropriate or slogans or pictures, as determined by the school administration, are not to be worn.
0. The absence or addition of anything else that would be embarrassing to those present or reflect adversely on the school in any way is strictly prohibited.

Failure to follow. the dress code will result in parents being called to pick up students or to bring proper attire.  Thank you for your support as we continue to work with the future, our children.

Parents - Please help!! NO cars will be allowed in bus parking lot for student drop off.   All students must be dropped in the car rider line out front!

ATTENTION DRIVERS!

THERE WILL BE NO LEFT TURNS OUT OF THE PARKING LOT DURING DROP OFF AND PICK UP TIMES AS REQUESTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION! 

CONES WILL BE IN PLACE TO HELP GUIDE TRAFFIC FLOW.
