• Student Withdrawal


    When withdrawing a student, please complete the form linked below.  You will need to either upload a picture of your photo ID or come to the school to show us your ID.  

    Please let us know at least one week prior to your student's last day so we can inform teachers and have a withdrawal form complete for your student on their last day.  

    Upon the finalized withdrawal, the student(s) is/are to return all textbooks, library books, Chromebooks, and/or any other school-provided supplies or equipment. Failure to return school property may delay the release of the final withdrawal.
