Digital Teaching and Learning
The Harnett County Schools Instructional Technology Department supports more than 20,000 students across 29 schools, ensuring technology enhances teaching, learning, and leadership across the district.
Through our 1:1 device program, every K–12 student is provided with a personal device, giving all learners equitable access to digital tools that support academic success and digital literacy.
Our Role
We partner with teachers, administrators, and staff to integrate technology into daily instruction, improve efficiency, and create engaging learning environments that prepare students for the future.
Our Vision

We ensure reliable infrastructure, high-speed connectivity, secure systems, and responsive technical support across all schools.
Innovative Practices
We promote forward-thinking instructional strategies, professional learning for educators, and meaningful integration of emerging technologies.
