I grew up in Southwest Virginia and attended college at Emory & Henry where I got my degree in English.  Since moving to Harnett County after graduation, I have taught in grades 4-8.  I earned my National Board Certification in 2014 and my Master's Degree in 2016.  

In my spare time I love to play with my daughter, read books, and eat chocolate. :)
