    Counselor Request Form for Students - STUDENTS: Please email your counselor if you have questions.  All conferences currently will be conducted by phone, email, or Google Meets.

    Transcript Request - Order a copy of your transcript (for alumni or former WHHS students only). 
    *If you are a current student, please stop by guidance to complete a pink transcript request form.

    Enrollment Requirements- New to WHHS? Here's a checklist of what you will need to enroll. New enrollment hours will be 8am-11am daily.

    Upward Bound Application - The Upward Bound program at Central Carolina Community College is a federally-funded educational program which provides FREE services to high school students in preparation for college. The Upward Bound program at CCCC serves 60 Harnett County high school students and 60 Lee County high school students. Students may apply to the program in 8th, 9th, 10th, or 11th grade, but must be in 9th grade or higher to enroll in the program.
