Ms. Campbell, La'Shauna
Hello! My name is La'Shauna Campbell. I am a product of the Harnett County School System. I have lived in the area for the majority of my life. I received my degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Mount Olive and my graduate degree from Liberty University. I have 20 years of experience working with young children in the local child care facilities, and at the Lee and Harnett County Partnership for Children.
I am excited that this upcoming (2018-2019) school year will be my second year of teaching Kindergarten at Johnsonville Elementary School. My passion for teaching continues to grow, and I feel fortunate to be able to work with the numerous diverse groups of children here at Johnsonville. I strongly believe a teacher will develop relationships with a multitude of children throughout his or her career. Each teacher and student relationship that develops will be unique, for all children have different personalities, and different comprehension levels, but they all require a teacher with a kind heart. I also believe that two of the most important traits a teacher should have are that of compassion and patience because each day these qualities have to be exercised which allows children to develop a love for learning.
