Stuart Scott was ESPN’s SportCenter sportscaster and anchor who died after a courageous battle with cancer at the age 49. Each year, the Stuart Scott Courage Award honors amazing stories of courage. All nominees have overcome significant hardships due to illness, injury, and loss.
This prestigious award was presented to Ian at the HighSchoolOT Honors, an awards night to celebrate the best in North Carolina high school sports.
Ian Bristow’s courage, resilience and perseverance is an inspiration to us all!
