Harnett County Schools celebrated Northwest Harnett Elementary School at a ribbon cutting ceremony held last night.
Northwest Harnett Elementary School is the newest addition to our district. At 120,000 square feet, it has the capacity to serve over 900 students.
Mrs. Kimberly Smith, Principal at NWHES, is very excited to mark the beginning of a journey, as they establish the new campus and build upon the outdoor learning legacy project-- The Wildcats Den.
She said, “It is one thing to dream about making a mark, and another to actually begin the process”.
We are grateful and proud to present this premiere learning facility in service of our community!
