We would like to thank everyone who joined us for the 29th year of our county-wide fine arts celebration. Although the Harnett Off-Broadway musical showcase was cut short last night, we continue to celebrate the art and music in our schools by recognizing the winners of the art exhibit as well as formally announce the recipients of the special Teacher Mini-Grants.
