Hispanic Heritage Month Celebrations continue at North Harnett Primary School
NHPS Spanish Dual Language Classes celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month with a special parade. Kindergarten, first, and second grade students dressed in traditional clothing and played instruments as they proudly marched through the halls.
At Harnett County Schools, students in our dual language programs not only reap the cognitive benefits of bilingual education, but also gain a better understanding and appreciation for other cultures. This creates an indescribable bond among children, and prepares them to navigate and succeed in a global community.
