November is NC #CareerDevelopmentMonth and today is Career Development Coordinator (CDC) Day!
Career Development Coordinators are key to Career and Technical Education. They collaborate with students, teachers, administrators, and community partners to promote career awareness, exploration, and planning. By facilitating work-based learning opportunities and other activities, they help students develop academic, occupational, and social skills to achieve #CareerReadiness and global employability.

Join us on November 9 for our fall job fair at 309 W. Cornelius Harnett Blvd in Lillington, NC. This is a floating event that will begin at 4:00 PM and end around 6:00 PM.
It's bonus season at Harnett County Schools! All new employees processed prior to January 13, 2023, are currently eligible for a one-time recruitment incentive ranging from $2,500 to $5,000.
This event is for all positions, classified and certified. Non-education degree holders are welcome to attend to learn more about alternative licensure pathways into teaching. Register today at: www.bit.ly/CareerHCS
