Meet the Teacher - Welcome to 1st Grade!
Mrs. Jackson
I was born and raised in Spring Lake, North Carolina. I have traveled all over the United States and have lived in several different states. My husband and I have a blended family, in all we have 6 adult children. We also have 2 grandsons that have joined our family recently.
I have worked in some type of child care whether it was operating my own day care business while living in Alaska or working for a Head Start program in Utah. I've been teaching for 9 years and absolutely love it! I love what I do and teaching is my passion! It's great watching each student grow and getting excited about what they learn. I strive to provide a safe, fun and educational learning experience for each child that comes through my door.
Some of my favorite things I like to do is spend time with my family, go fishing, take rides in the mountains, hang out at the beach. I love Mexican food, Mr. Goodbar, Snickers, orange circus peanuts and Pepsi.
