Hello Anderson Creek Cubs! My name is Mary Lib Lasater. I am a Harnett County native. My family has lived in Harnett County for more than four generations! I spent my elementary years at Boone Trail School (K-8) and continued to Western Harnett High School. I was a North Carolina Teaching Fellows recipient with a full scholarship to Meredith College in Raleigh, NC. I received a BA in Psychology and a K-6 teaching license in 1994. I received my MA in Elementary Education from Meredith in 1999.

This is my 31st year of teaching and my 27th year teaching at Anderson Creek!!! I've taught second and third grades. I was a Reading Recovery teacher for 18 years and I am currently a Literacy Interventionist. I enjoy working with students to improve their reading and writing skills. I truly love what I do!
