Meet the Teacher
Ms. Ashley Phillips

Hello! My name is Ashley Phillips. I am one of the CCR Teachers at Angier Elementary. This is my second year teaching and I am so excited to be here!
Before coming to Angier Elementary I was a Vocational Program Coordinator for Adults with special needs at a day program for 6 years. While I was there I was getting my Bachelors of Psychology from Campbell University and working on my teaching license. I loved working with adults and making sure they had meaningful things to do during the day, but my passion has always been to work with kids. I am so excited to be able to continue this adventure at Angier Elementary!
I currently live in Angier with my Husband Mike and our two kids Lahna and Michael. We are an animal loving family as we have 3 dogs named Charlie, Mei and Nacho and 3 cats named Princess, Luna and Nala. When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my family and playing different games with them!
Phone: (919) 639-2635 ext 302 (The best time to call me is during my planning periods or after school. You may have to leave a message but I will call you back!)
