Hello and welcome to the 2025-2026 school year. My name is Julee V. Snyder and I am the speech language therapist at Boone Trail Elementary. 

I am excited to begin another new school year at BTES. I’m 3 years in with Harnett County Schools. I started at Highland Elementary in February 2022.

Before my HCS career, I lived in Tucson, Az for a spell, from July-December 2021. Before that, I worked with Lee County Schools in Sanford, NC for around 20 years. I came to NC from Niagara Falls, NY after I graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 1997. I received my Master of Science from UNC Chapel Hill in 2001.

I start therapy services by collecting baseline data during the first few sessions to monitor progress over the school year. The therapy schedule changes throughout the year as new students are added and others graduate from speech.
