Proudly served Moore County Schools for eight years as an eighth grade science teacher.
Having experienced providing professional development and mentorship in my most recent years, I wanted to grow as an educator and focus on providing professional development for others "to hone their craft."
I look forward to my continued growth with Harnett County Schools!

Important Dates
Google Classroom
Students will use Google Classroom on a regular basis during class. Teachers will provide students with a "Join" code or a link to join through student email accounts. For security purposes, codes are only shared with currently enrolled students. Students, please remember that you will need to log into your Google account with your school username (XXXXX@harnettstudents.org) and password (your PowerSchool #).
Policies & Procedures
Behavior Policy
We use classroom dojo to track classroom behavior. Parents can join and look at their child's daily behavior, as well as communicate with the teacher. There is an app you can download to your smartphone or you can use the website www.classdojo.com. Students earn classroom dojo points throughout the day for making good choices, following expectations, and being a good friend.
Useful Links
Harnett County Schools Classlink - This is an application database of useful software that is used across the county. This site is accessed by students daily, as well as by staff.
Classroom Dojo - Software that is used county wide to support positive and healthy behaviors in our classrooms and anywhere in the school! Use this link to create your account. Your teacher can help you "connect" your student to your account. Reach out to them for that information.
CDC's Childhood Development Website - This site contains useful information to help parents/guardians understand all the developmental stages of their child. The site is translated in spanish as well. Great resources and good information!
