Kindergarten Teacher
My name is Alex Lawrence. I live in Dunn with my husband, 3 boys, and my 3 dogs. I attended ECU and graduated in 2009 with a degree in Elementary Education and a concentration in Child Development and Family Relations. Go Pirates! This is my 15th year of teaching, all in Harnett County Schools. I taught 6 years of first grade, 4 years of fourth grade, and this is my fifth year of teaching kindergarten.

My name is Kim Meredith. I am married with two wonderful kids, a son, William, and a daughter, Macey. I enjoy working with kindergarteners and look forward to a great year!

Big enough for a three-ring binder and a library book. Please label with your child’s name.
4 boxes of 24 count crayons (CRAYOLA brand PLEASE)
12 glue sticks
4 cans of Play-Doh

1 pair of scissors (Fiskars preferred)
1 pair of headphones (NOT ear-buds)
1 big pink eraser (NOT pencil top erasers)
Kleenex
Lysol wipes
Hand sanitizer
1 pack of white cardstock
Ziploc bags
BOYS: 1 gallon size
GIRLS: 1 quart or sandwich size box
Policies & Procedures
Absences: If your child is absent, please send in a note that is signed and dated with the reason your child is out within 3 days of the absence.
Tardies: The tardy bell rings at 8:20 and we like to begin our day ASAP. If your child arrives after 8:20 they must get a note from the front office.
Homework: Check your child's BEE book daily for homework. Also, please read EVERY night with your child.
