I am excited to be beginning my 14th year teaching. This is my eighth (non-consecutive) year teaching at Coats Elementary. I have also taught six years in Sampson County as an ESL teacher.

My philosophy of education, in short, is you must meet students where they are, to get them where they are going.

9:15- 9:55 1st Grade

10:10-10:40 2nd Grade

10:40-11:10 5th Grade

12:20-1:00 Kindergarten

1:05-1:45 4th Grade

1:45-2:25 3rd Grade

2:25-2:55 4th Grade

Google Classroom

Students will use Google Classroom on a regular basis during class. Teachers will provide students with a "Join" code or a link to join through student email accounts. For security purposes, codes are only shared with currently enrolled students. Students, please remember that you will need to log into your Google account with your school username (XXXXX@harnettstudents.org) and password (your PowerSchool #).
