Meet Ms. Ray!
Hello! My name is Courtney Ray, and I’m thrilled to be starting my fourth year of teaching at Erwin Elementary School this upcoming school year. I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, where I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Teaching.
I’m also the proud mom of a lively two-year-old, Legend Jace, who keeps me on my toes! I grew up in the Dunn/Erwin area and am incredibly proud to be teaching in the community that helped shape me. It’s truly a full-circle moment to return home and contribute to the growth and learning of our next generation.
I’m excited to see how both my students and I grow throughout this school year. Wishing you all a joyful and relaxing summer!
