• I was born in Brooklyn, New York.

• I am retired from the military and have traveled to many places all over the world.

• I've taught 5th, 6th, 7th and 9th grades for 20 years in Brooklyn, New York.

• This is my second year in Harnett County and at Harnett Central Middle School.

• I am married and have 5 sons and 2 grandsons.

• I love to go fishing on my boat and work in my yard.

• I have 2 french bulldogs named Auggie and Honey.

• My wife Tammy and I also have chickens and over 750,000 bees.
