My name is Ella Wise.  I have been an educator for twenty-two years.  I have been an Instructional Technology Facilitator in Harnett County for twenty-five years. My primary duties at Harnett Central Middle are to make sure students and teachers have educational technology and knowledge of how to use the educational technology we are fortunate to have.
