Meet the Teacher
Ms. Casteel
This is my third year teaching, and I’m excited and grateful to be working at Highland Elementary. My family and I moved to Harnett County when I was 11 years old, and I have stayed here, where I attended Western Harnett Middle and High schools. I graduated from NC State in 2021, where I received my bachelor's in English. Although this is my third year teaching, I have learned a lot and have built an enormous amount of respect for teachers who’ve been working in this field for many years. I’m looking forward to learning more about teaching elementary schoolers and Highland Elementary.
