Hello and welcome!

My name is Corbyn Harris and I am so excited to be Highland Elementary's Media Coordinator/Librarian this year! This will be my first year as a school librarian, but I have taught both 1st and 2nd grade. I am thrilled to be working with our student body and advocating for literacy in this new way. I look forward to contributing to your child's love for learning!

I graduated from UNC Wilmington with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Language Arts. I am now in the process of earning my MLIS at UNC Greensboro (Go Spartans!). I was born and raised in North Carolina and I currently live with my lovely family. Let’s have an awesome year!
