Meet the Teacher
Mrs. Lindsey Watkins
I am absolutely excited for the 2022-2023 school year.
My name is Lindsey Watkins. This is my 8th year in the teaching profession. I am the English Dual Language kindergarten teacher here at Highland Elementary. I absolutely love Kindergarten. It is by far my favorite grade level to teach. I love being able to see the academic growth in students throughout the school year and see confidence in themselves blossom. I received my bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Liberty University and am currently pursuing my Masters degree in school administration. I believe that each child brings their unique talents, experiences, and personality to share in our classroom. I believe in treating students with dignity, respect, and value.
