Attention All 6th Grade Families

This is a friendly reminder to ensure your child receives the required vaccinations for 7th grade:

(1) Tdap
(1) Meningococcal Conjugate

These immunizations must be completed by September 11, 2025. Failure to meet North Carolina state vaccination requirements may result in temporary exclusion from school until the necessary vaccines are administered.

Please send a copy of your student’s vaccination record to our school nurse, Jennev Finn, RN, at jfinn@harnett.k12.nc.us.
