Meet the Teacher
Mrs. Jamie Evans

Welcome to Technology! My name is Mrs. Evans. I am a native of Harnett County and I am honored to be able to teach where I was raised. I am a graduate of Western Governers University with a Bachleors Degree in Elementary Education (K-6). This summer I graduated from East Carolina University with my endorsement in instructional technology. This is my second year teaching technology after teaching kindergarten and second grade. I am ecstatic to have the challenge of teaching technology to all of the students at DES. I love what I do and I look forward to a new school year.

Class Link
Every student in K-5th grade can continue their learning in Reading and Math using their personalized learning pathways in iReady/eSparks at home. Teachers can also add lessons for their students that align with what they are presently teaching in the classroom. They just need a computer, Internet access, and Adobe Flash Player. The ClassLink team takes the security of student data very seriously. As a result, we go to great lengths to protect student information. Contact your child's teacher for login information.
