Meet the Teacher
ELIANA USUGA
I am thrilled to introduce myself to the Dunn Elementary School community. My name is Eliana Usuga and I am excited to be part of this wonderful school. With nine years of teaching experience in various grade levels including 4th grade, 5th grade, sixth grade and more recently first grade at Harnett county schools I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to my Role as an educator.
Originally from Bogota Colombia, I hold a bachelors' degree in languages from La Salle university. My passion for language and education led me to pursue a Masters' degree in Applied Linguistics from La Javeriana University In Bogotá Colombia. These degrees have equipped me with a deep understanding of language acquisition and effective teaching strategies.
I am looking forward to an amazing year of learning and growth with the incredible students at Dunn Elementary School.

Daily Schedule

Students will use Google Classroom on a regular basis during class. Teachers will provide students with a "Join" code or a link to join through student email accounts. For security purposes, codes are only shared with currently enrolled students. Students, please remember that you will need to log into your Google account with your school username (XXXXX@harnettstudents.org) and password.
