Mrs. Kathleen Rutan
My name is Kathleen Rutan. My family moved to this area in 2012. Since then, we have been made North Carolina our home.
Over the course of my teaching career, I have worked with children from pre-k through high school, and I am looking forward to working with your children and you this year.
