My name is Landis Prince. I am a Reading Recovery Teacher and Reading Interventionist at Northwest Harnett Elementary school. I have been a Reading Recovery Teacher/Interventionist for 8 years and prior to teaching reading, I was a kindergarten teacher at LaFayette. I have worked with Harnett County Schools for 17 years. I obtained a BS in Elementary Education from East Carolina University with a Reading “add-on” in grades kindergarten through twelfth grade. Teaching students how to read is my passion and I dedicate myself to the students I serve. I live in the community with my husband, Dustin and we have a 8 year old daughter. I love to spend time with my family, go to the beach, shop and relax but my passion in life is teaching reading!
