Hello!

My name is Mrs. Waring and I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year! I a married and I have three fur babies, Bella (a beagle/lab mix), Penny(a boxer/coonhound mix), and Cassie(a calico cat). I attended Fayetteville State University and received my degree in Elementary Education.

I began my teaching career at Coats Elementary as a first grade teacher. I then taught third grade the following year. Once my husband and I married and purchased our home, I joined the Overhills Lynx family! I am so excited to be teaching first grade again! Helping students with foundational skills in reading and math brings me so much joy.
