About Me

I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio! However, I've spent the last 18 years on various adventures with my Active Duty husband and our three kids, which is how I landed in lovely North Carolina!

Throughout our adventures, I lived in Northern Virginia and spent 7 years running around DC, absorbing every ounce of history that I could. During that time, I spoke to the House Armed Services Committee on Capitol Hill on behalf of military families. This experience, and my passion to help others, pushed me to pursue a degree concentrating on public administration.

Ultimately, I followed both my passion for helping and my love of history, which has led me here to OHS! Go Jags!
