I am Ms. Jo-an T. Go Ping, I come from a country that consists of 7100 to 7640 islands, which depends if it's high tide or low-tide. Graduated from University of St. La Salle Bacolod, with a degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Mathematics. Passed the Teachers Licensure Examination. I have been teaching for almost ten years and it's my third year to teach here in the USA. I have been a Math coach for several years and has guided a lot of Mathletes to bring home medals and distinctions. But, aside from that, I have also helped out students who had their difficulty with the subject (I know how MATH could be scary, been there too!) I chose this profession because I love math not just computing alone but I find it more magical and amazing. I love teaching and I want to inspire more kids to be at their best ability and it's so rewarding to see young minds being able to explore different areas and possibilities and that they appreciate what they are learning.
