With over a decade of experience in education, Mrs. Blanchard has had the opportunity to serve students across a range of settings, including both public and private schools. Her career began in the high school English classroom, where she developed a passion for language, literature, and helping students find their voice through writing and critical thinking. Mrs. Blanchard has always prioritized creating inclusive and engaging learning environments, where all students feel empowered to express themselves and grow academically.

Currently, Mrs. Blanchard serve as the middle school librarian at OMS—a role that allows her to work with students and staff in new and dynamic ways. In this position, she support literacy and research skills across grade levels, curate a diverse and engaging collection, and foster a love of reading in students.
