Hi Everyone,
My name is Andrew Tilke or Mr. Tilke or even Mr. T as the students refer to me. The education of our country's youth and citizens is of the utmost importance to me! More importantly, making sure that our 6th Graders understand the importance of World History, the similarity and differences we have with other civilizations and how these all can be our strength. My intent is to open the eyes of your students by breaking a lot of common historical misconceptions and helping them enjoy learning about our history as humanity through a variety of ways. A little about me. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from SUNY Oneonta. I am a nerd, and a history buff(of course). I really enjoy sci-fi, fantasy(in particular Tolkien), and anime. I love my family, playing board games, reading books, cooking, eating delicious foods from all over the world, and traveling to new countries.
