We are proud that you have become part of our school family here at STAR Academy. Our altered educational environment offers a dedicated teaching staff and a supportive atmosphere for your child. Although our main focus is to promote student learning and academic success, we also have specialists in place who will do their best to provide behavioral support and interventions that should prepare students to be productive members of their school and home communities without sacrificing their individuality. As principal of this school, I will collaborate with our administrative team, our faculty and staff to support our students in achieving high success. We believe that it is imperative that ALL students are inspired to utilize their creativity, intellectual abilities, and decision-making skills to reach their fullest potential. In order for STAR Academy to exercise and succeed in its purpose, it will take collaborative efforts of our students, parents, staff, and community. With the positive energy and support of our external stakeholders along with our engaging and high quality learning experiences and support, we are looking forward to a great and productive school year!
