Mrs. Neff
Hello and welcome to third grade! This is my fifth year as a third grade teacher at South Harnett Elementary School. I graduated from Fayetteville State University in May 2020.
I am from Wilmington, Delaware, but have lived in Harnett County for the last ten years. My husband and I have two children. I love to spend time with my family, read, and crochet.
