Hi, I'm Betty Stewart and I've been a teacher for over 13 years.  This is my fourth year teaching 5th grade at South Harnett Elementary School.  I graduated from Campbell University with a BS in Elementary Education and  I'm certified in gifted education. I've also taught English as a second language in Southeast Asia. I am a follower of Jesus, I love reading historical fiction, playing frisbee, hiking, and enjoying beautiful North Carolina from the mountains to the beaches! I I encourage cooperation and promote respect in my classroom.
