What is FBLA-PBL Future Business Leaders of America?
Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda, Inc. (FBLA-PBL) is the largest career student business organization in the world. Each year, FBLA-PBL helps over 230,000 members prepare for careers in business.

If you’re interested in joining FBLA, please see Mrs. Faulkner in Room 817 to receive a paper application and the Google classroom code.
Meetings are on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month in Room 817 after school.

Do I have to be in business class to join?
The answer is yes and no. If you want to compete you need to have taken 1 business class or currently be enrolled in a business class this school year. If you want to join and don't have a business class you will be considered an associate. An associate can ONLY compete on a team event with a member. What courses qualify? Welcome to the 2025-2026 School Year for DECA
What is DECA?
DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management in high schools and colleges around the globe.
With nearly a 75-year history, DECA has impacted the lives of more than ten million students, educators, school administrators, and business professionals since it was founded in 1946. Their strong connection with our organization has resonated with a brand that people identify as a remarkable experience in the preparation of emerging leaders and entrepreneurs. DECA’s programs and activities have constantly evolved as we use the latest technology and apply cutting-edge educational research. Our core focus has remained consistent and is captured in our mission.
How do I join?
1. Submit a membership form.
2. Pay the membership fee $25
How often does the club meet?
Club meetings for the 2025-2026 school year are twice a month on Wednesdays. Meetings are announced; make sure you stay up to date on Google Classroom.
