My name is Marnelle Bailey. This is my 3rd year teaching at Western Harnett. I have a degree in business and accounting from Colorado Tech. I am originally from Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota. I joined the Army in 2000. I served 7 1/2 years and ended up in NC. I have resided in NC for 18 years.
