Hello everyone, I am Ms. Lorton. This is my second year at Western Harnett High. I am teaching Civic Literacy, Civic Literacy Honors, American History, and American History Honors. I graduated from Campbell University with my Bachelors Degree in History Education along with a Teaching Licensure. I have a dog named Buckeye, who is spoiled rotten. As you might guess from the name, I am a huge Ohio State fan. I have a slight obsession with college football and sweet tea. As a mechanic's daughter, I can change my own oil, change my tires, rotate my tires, and anything I don't need a lift for. I am so excited for the 2025-2026 School Year!
