Reminder: Carpool Arrival and Dismissal Change
Starting February 18, 2025
Beginning 2/18/25 our carpool will be moving back to the front of the building for all students during morning carpool.
Pre-K will be dismissed from the back of the building (off of Overhills Rd.) in the afternoons.
K-2 students will be dismissed from the front of the building.
A.M. procedures
*When you enter the parking lot you will loop around the parking lot (please see attached picture)
*The first car in line will pull all the way down to the end of the sidewalk (this is usually where Mrs. Webb is standing)
*Please do not release children from your car without a staff member assisting or monitoring where your student(s) are getting out.
*There is NO left turn out of the parking lot in the mornings. All traffic will make a right turn only. This helps us to avoid backups and accidents.
*For safety reasons we ask that you make every effort to have students exit the car from the passenger side.
*Parents should remain in the car at all times…staff will assist your students in exiting the car.
*Please do not park to walk your student(s) in. Staff will ask you to return to your car and get in the carpool line. This is for safety reasons for our students and staff.
* Do not pull around the vehicle(s) in front of you. This is a safety hazard as some students may be exiting from the left side of the car.
P.M. Procedures
*When you enter the parking lot you will loop around the parking lot (please see attached picture)
*The first car in line will pull all the way down to the end of the sidewalk (this is usually where Mr. Harshberger (“Mr. Art”) is standing)
*There is NO left turn out of the parking lot in the afternoons. All traffic needs to make a right turn only. This helps us to avoid backups and accidents.
*We are aware that some students need help buckling up, and because of the flow of traffic, we ask that you pull down pass the “no parking sign” to quickly help students that need assistance to buckle up so that we can keep traffic moving as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

ACPS Book Fair coming soon!

Congratulations to ACPS's Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Javens!

Thank you Ms. Kilgore for all that you do for our students and staff!

We're excited to introduce this year's main fundraiser, the Anderson Creek Primary Glow with the Cubs Dance Fit. Our goal is to raise $15,000 for School Resources to benefit ALL students at Anderson Creek Primary.
We’re excited for this fundraising experience because it offers 3 important things to our school community:
1. User-friendly fundraising platform
2. Character enrichment program
3. Fitness-focused event that includes ALL of our students
As a family, you will work together asking friends and family to donate on your student’s donation page at MyBooster.com. The best part is, you can still support our school just by SHARING about the fundraiser!
Students will also experience an amazing character enrichment program called “Castle Quest”, teaching students about how to be brave and live with character.
