We hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready for another great week. Here are a few reminders and updates.
Reminder: If a student is absent from school, attendance notes are only accepted within one day of a student's return from the absence per board policy
Rising 6th grader joining next year? Join us for Rising 6th Grade Parent Night on March 17th from 6:00-7:00 PM to meet staff, get your questions answered, and help your student start middle school with confidence. We can't wait to see you!
Calling all 8th Grade parents!! It's time to tour and register for High School. Please take note of the following transition dates and information. Students will tour Triton on MONDAY, 2/23. Students will be asked to select their top 8 elective choices when they register for classes on 2/27. Please also mark your calendars for March 19th for a Parent Night at Triton.

Spring Sports(Baseball, Softball, and Girls Soccer) have games on the following dates:
March 12th at Home against Shughart Middle School
March 16th at Dunn Middle School
The cost of admission is $5, and students must be accompanied by a parent in order to attend home games.
Our Battle of the Books Team will compete on March 11th.
They also have a Zaxby's Fundraiser night on March 17th from 5-8 pm.
Harnett Off Broadway will take place on March 11th at 7:00 pm.
Spring Picture Day is March 18th.
Our Hunter Safety Team will have a craft fair from 4-6 pm on March 18th at CEMS.
Students who have had Principals List or Honors Roll for the year will participate in a "Brain Party" during their elective time on March 20th.
We will be having our Career Night/ELA & SS Content Night on March 26th from 5:30-7:30 pm.
Triton High School will also be having a session for rising 9th-graders from 5:30-6:00 in our auditorium.
