April is the Month of the Military Child, a special time to honor and celebrate the strength, resilience, and sacrifices of children in military families. At Dunn Middle School, we recognize the unique challenges these students face and the important role they play in their families and communities.
Throughout the month, we are showing our support with special activities, spirit days, and classroom discussions to help all students learn more about the lives of military children. One highlight will be "Purple Up! Day" on April 11th, when students and staff are encouraged to wear purple to show their appreciation and support.
We are proud of our military-connected students and grateful for the service and dedication of their families. Thank you for being a vital part of our school community!
