Women make up nearly half of the U.S. workforce, and while the number of women working in construction trades has risen in recent years, just 1 in 10 construction trades professionals today are female. Join HCS Career & Technical Education, colleges, tradeswomen, local woman-owned businesses, and Milwaukee Tool for a day dedicated to educating female students about Construction Trades Career Pathways!
