The School Nutrition Department would like to share an important update regarding our online meal payment system.
Beginning Monday, April 13, 2026, Harnett County Schools will transition from K12 Payment Center to SchoolCafé as our new platform for managing student meal accounts. SchoolCafé provides an easy and convenient way for families to:
-View account balances
-Make secure payments
-Manage student breakfast and lunch accounts in one place
We encourage families to begin setting up their SchoolCafé accounts now by visiting:
To create an account, you will need:
-A valid email address or phone number
-Your student's ID number
-Your student's school name
Please note:
Existing account balances will transfer to SchoolCafé during the week of spring break. Automatic payments through K12 Payment Center will end on March 30, 2026.
Most importantly, all students will continue to receive free breakfast and lunch for the 2025-2026 school year.
