National Manufacturing Day - CCCC
National Manufacturing Day (MFG Day) is held annually on the first Friday in October. This day is celebrated with events hosted at various locations across the country. In celebration of this day, CCCC hosts the Manufacturing Day Industry Showcase each year on National Manufacturing Day. This event was previously held at the Howard-James Industry Training Center, but now it is held at our new E. Eugene Moore Manufacturing and Biotech Solutions Center. 17th Annual Military Academies Fair
Mark Your Calendars!
Fort Liberty Child and Youth Services / School Support Services is hosting their 17th Annual Military Academies Fair.
The fair will be a live, face-to-face, college fair featuring representatives from US Service Academies, Senior Military Colleges, Junior Military Colleges, and Cadet Command (ROTC Programs).
The event is intended for high school students and their families who are interested in attending these schools and speaking to representatives who can provide information about applying for and preparing to attend these colleges or programs.
Date and Time: Monday, October 28, 2024, 6-8PM
Location: Family Readiness Group Center, BLDG 236, Interceptor St., Fort Liberty (Pope Army Airfield)
The event is free and open to the public. You do not have to live on post or be military-connected to participate. All civilians will have to enter the gate at the Fort Liberty Visitors Center at the All-American Gate (3550 All American Fwy, Fort Liberty, NC 28310).
