On Monday, April 30th, Central Carolina Community College will be holding Red Carpet Registration at THS.
This is an opportunity for Promise Scholarship recipients and other seniors planning to attend CCCC next year to get help with completing the onboarding process or applying to the college if they have not done so. Seniors who have completed an Application for Fall 2024 and have your NC Residency information on file may be able to register for the fall semester that day. A Parent and Student FSA ID must be created in advance. Have login information readily available at the event. Please bring the following:
- 2022 Tax Return
- Student SS# (required) Parent SS# (if applicable)
- Driver’s License Number (if applicable)
- Net worth of investments, businesses, and farms

Reminder for all Triton Area 2024-2025 9th Graders:
SUN Bucks: A new food assistance program for school children.
Starting this summer, families that qualify can expect to receive $120 per eligible child in grocery-buying benefits on a debit-like card. These benefits can be used to purchase food at retailers that accept EBT, including most major grocery stores.

IMPORTANT: Some families will get benefits automatically sent to the mailing address in their child’s school record. Update your child’s mailing address by March 28th by contacting your child’s school.
